I'm a single mum of 2, a 15 year old lad and a 9 year old girl, I work full time as a betting shop manager and spend my spare time crafting either for fun or to sell or swap. My favourite thing ever is Christmas and I spend all year planning it and crafting for it, I always buy a tree dec or at least something I can hang on a tree from every country I visit so now my friends always bring me decs back from their travels too.

I love 70's, 80's and 90's rock music and adore going to see live music, in the last year I've seen Alice Cooper and greenday live and been to see Steve Stienmen's vampires rock and meatloaf story a couple of times each as well as a few cover bands at a local club.

I like a lot of books, my favourite is Douglas Adams hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, I've read it 5 times. I also loved the Jean m Auel's earth children series and anything by Tolkien or Anne Rice. I also love a good graphic novel or comic book.

My favourite movie is Beetlejuice tho I love anything made by Tim Burton. I also love a good period drama or a Disney cartoon and adore star wars and anything from the marvel universe.

I watch quite an eclectic mix of TV shows, I loved House, vampire diaries, true blood, MASH, the tudors, star trek, stargate, red dwarf, sherlock, poldark, call the midwife, Rome, Vikings, Once upon a time, Grimm, the list is endless

I love to knit and can spend hours doing it while binge watching a box set, I also enjoy painting mostly shoes and denim jackets but i'll paint on most surfaces, I sculpt tiny things and often put them in tiny glass bottles of glass baubles, I sew little felt animals, papercut different designs or use the same method to make custom window stickers from vinyl at christmas, and I'm always upcycling things i find at bootsales, but my favourite thing to make is Christmas Dec's and use all the above methods to make them.

I love animals possibly more so than people a lot of the time lol, at home I have a big soppy dog called Bruce, a tortoise called Alice Cooper, a turtle called teeny tiny punk princess (my daughter named it), a cockatiel called the baron, a budgie called Zombie, 3 snakes called snoopy, the kinks and slash, an axolotl named sherlock, and a tank full of dwarf clawed frogs called arthur, ford, prefect, beedlebrox, trillian, and marvin

It might be strange for a crafter but I hate glitter. OMG that stuff gets everywhere and you just cant get rid of it. Its worse than dog hair. I'm also not much of a girly girl, I dont much like pink and flowery stuff. I like jewel colours and blacks. My 9 yr old daughter is sea turtle crazy. Everything in her room has to have a sea turtle on it. So i spend a lot of time making sea turtle stuff.
