I am a mother of a precious little girl, she is my one and only so she is still my baby. I stay at home to take care of her since she is young and i don't have cable tv. I don't watch the news nor do i read the news paper. Im in the dark about a lot of goings on with social things unless i hear about it threw other church folks. Since i was young Ive like American Girl dolls. My favorite is the victorian/edwardian era Samantha doll. My daughter has two AG dolls one a blond and the other with black hair and she is a brunette. I like the late victorian/edwardian era alot of fuss getting dressed with a sinched in corset waist, high and big hair styles with simple make up. My favorite color is light aqua and teal. I like to drink a cup of coffee in the morning and a cup of tea in the afternoon. I have terrible feeling always that i have been born 100 years to late in time. I long for the simple life before these modern times.

I love sewing anything i can. Mostly did hand stitching when i was younger because the lack of a machine but now i have a machine and its much faster. Sewing corsets is my specialty, stitched up my first one when i was 16 and have improved dramatically with each one since. I love knitting, crocheting and just recently took a class at the local craft shop and learned to spin on a drop spindal. There were German Angora rabbits there and saw the woman sheer one before i spun the fiber.

I love the show Downton Abbey cause it was set long ago and that is the kind of stuff i like. Also Adventure Time because my nieces and nephews liked to watch it on dvd when they stayed with me and now my daughter likes it too, so by default i like out.

For the past 2+ months every morning i turn on 7 brides for 7 brothers and my daughter and i watch it to her request. I do like most period based musicals but out doesn't have to be a musical just not set in modern times. I love almost all Disney movies since i was a child once I'm not embarrassed to admit too that. Mery Popins is my favorite Disney movie of all time. I also love dance films any time period. Just recently discovered Oklahoma! and love it. My paternal grandmother was from Oklahoma and wonder if it was anything like that.
