Hi! My name is Jami.

I am wife to a coonass named Dusty, mom to a willful teen named Katie and we are all servants to a baked potato shaped pug named Weezie-Anna (from Louisiana....get it? hehe)

We live way down in the bottom of the boot in Cajun country...close enough to the bayou that we often see alligators in our yard.

I am a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, working my way towards becoming a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

I love ALL things creative. My craft room is my favorite place in my house!

I have always enjoyed receiving snail mail! When I was young, I would run down our long gravel driveway to check the mail every day and I'd bring it back for my mom to separate the good mail from the "junk" mail. Then I'd gather up all the "junk" and I’d write my name on each piece and pretend they had been mailed to me and I'd save it all up in my little mail stash.

I also remember leaving money in the mailbox so our mail lady would leave me stamps in return so that I could send letters to my Pen Pal in Canada.

I have been PostCrossing for a few months and now I am VERY excited to join you guys in the swapping community!! I’m a newbie so my favorites list is a work-in-progress...
