I'm new! Hope to have a lot of fun, I promise to send out all my swaps on time and put lots of heart into things!

I think I am very strange :D & very longwinded =x

Singing is one of my huge passions and it is the reason why my username is pitchpipes(: Though I've played the piano longer than I've been studying voice, I enjoy singing much more, especially the high As and Bs since I sing soprano :D

I believe, as what Schumann said, that "the painter turns a poem into a painting; the musician sets a picture to music." Perhaps it's this whole idea of expression that I really cherish and that's why I've also loved crafting since I was young. As a kid I often felt very demoralised during art because I couldn't draw (& still can't!) but when I grew a little older I found out that I could colour-coordinate, make nice cards, decorate notebook covers, scrapbook according to intuition..and I really enjoy it a lot! I think you put a little of yourself into every work that you do, and that's really awesome.

I also write & read poetry(: Poems are exceedingly beautiful because it manages to convey complex emotions through a simple form, and the intricate craft of the writing form is cathartic in its revelation.

Cats/kittens are terribly adorable! I love meowing at stray cats (they meow back :D). I don't like dogs though my neighbours' dogs are terribly noisy D:< Sadly, I'm not allowed to have a cat until I move out ):

Colours! I used to like purple a lot but not so much anymore. I really don't like pink on its own, but the combination of light salmon pink (#FF9999) and brown is lovely, and my favourite is light blue and brown. I also like teal & silver, and shiny stuff 8D

Finally, I really enjoy Korean drama serials(:
