I am a Texas native and mother of three grown daughters and two sons-in-law. For 38 years, I was blessed to have a wonderful husband-who was called to his Heavenly home over five years ago. Some of my interests are sewing,(beginner level) knitting, cooking, gardening, scrapbooking, shopping, travel, playing the piano(intermediate level), ping pong, badminton, and walking on nature trails. I am passionate about cultures & their languages; as well as various genres of music-mainly, the oldies of the 50's & 60's, movie themes, musicals, Christian, & classical.

I,also, enjoy reading-especially, fiction. And some of my favorite authors are: Melody Carlson, Lori Copeland, Robin Jones Gunn, Janet Oke, & Lori Wick. Most of my favorite TV shows are on: FoodNetWork, HGTV, & Hallmark Channels.
