Hello! I am 21 from California who probably has way to many interests and hobbies, but I love them all.

About Me: I'm the extremely proud mother of four beautiful chickens! I have one white silkie JiJi who's my baby girl, one Rhode island red, Scarlet, one Barred rock, Beatrice, and finally one Ameracana, Daisy Mae. I love animals especially farm animals and I've always wanted some chickens and finally got them when moved out the big cities of the Bay Area. I also have one sweet bird dog, a short hair German pointer, so yes things can get quite interesting with them.

I'm currently a student studying to be a preschool teacher, and I’m also working as a preschool teacher.

Interests and Hobbies:

I love all kinds of music, especially K-pop (BTS stan can you tell by my username), but I'm also taking an international music course that's really expanded my horizons, I'd love to share with you guys.

I also love learning about different cultures, through their language, food, customs - anyway i can. I learned Mandarin Chinese for 3 years, and currently learning Korean and Spanish. I love traveling so far I’ve been to S. Korea and Japan twice and China once. I’m thinking of Portugal or Vietnam next maybe Thailand too.

In terms of hands on things I love to do things like baking, cooking, embroidery and of course writing letters. I've always loved getting things in the mail and sending letters to friends. These days it can be difficult to communicate sending letters because you can tell people about your day as it's happening through texting, but opening a letter and seeing the effort made brings an extra joy.

Some other things to add I love love love Studio Ghibli, I've even cosplayed Totoro a few years. Brings me to another love which is anime, of course Sailor moon is a big inspiration (i'm in an anime rut right now if you have any favorites to recommend i would love to check them out!).

Kawaii

I love fashion esp. Japanese street styles and anything Kawaii I'm really inspired by that aesthetic and love to surround myself in cute things. I love Rilakkuma ( my fave is Korilakkuma, Her strawberry print is the best!!) Sanrio Characters esp. Pompom Purin (I've also cosplayed him) and many more. I really love Mizutama. I also like the more “weird” cute things like Kobito Dukan. I also love the BT21 characters.

Other Likes and Loves

My favorite color is orange and I love all pastels. I love astrology and horoscopes. I’m a Leo so anything Leo related/ printed I love. Aesthetically my favorite animals are tigers (I’m also a tiger in the Chinese zodiac) so I love tiger print or the animal printed on things These days I’m into minimal and muted/ washed out colors as well. I LOVE fruit printed things esp. strawberries and peaches. I love animals esp. farm animals, cows,pigs!,chickens etc. I also love mushrooms and the aesthetic of mushrooms like little mushroom doodles or stickers.

Since I joined a tea swap: I love tea; I drink it every morning! I tend to like green, matcha, hibiscus, fruity, or herbal remedy teas like stinging nettle etc. I don't usually like black tea,chai, or spiced things. I have started a tea journal so I’m also looking for interesting flavors/ packaging design. Karel Capek is my favorite tea tea packaging designer it’s SO adorable.

Since I joined a chocolate swap: I prefer dark chocolate, the darker the better... not joking I often munch on some 100% unsweetened dark chocolate. I try not to eat a lot of refined sugars. I usually do not like fruit flavors in my chocolate.

I hope I can make a lot of people smile with my snail mails and hopefully make some friends along the way. I haven’t had any problems yet, but if you do have an issue with my swap or something please message me first!
