Comment: I tried messaging but there was no reply. Last online August 30th, sending deadline was Sept 2nd. Coordinator said s/he has not marked item as sent. I realize s/he is in Finland, but communication would have gone a long way to prevent a negative rating. But since s/he hasn't been online since Aug. 30th, s/he probably doesn't even realize they have any messages. Swap coordinator angeled and sent a lovely page.
