Comment: There are 2 reasons I rated you a 3. #1-The deadline was Dec.1st but you messaged me Dec. 4th and said It was not sent yet and you had No excuses and also said It's almost finished and will be in the mail very soon. It is postmarked on Dec. 21st. #2-there are only 18/50 entries. Everyone had 3 months to do this.
