What's Happening in my Life

Due to the ongoing Mail Problem here in GA, I am not joining any Swaps that involve sending items, etc.
12/10/2024. In Nov, Decided to clean the garage & found out my Hot water Heater has been leaking for a while. Black fungus up the walls. Days have blended into a blur. I went for my annual Dermatologist check up & found Skin Cancer. And for some reason, I had a severe attack of vertigo. Busy getting everything FIXED. 2024 has been one problem after another. But due to God's love & grace, I have weathered it all. Love & Hugs...MERRY CHRISTMAS!

10/1/2024, Got the phone fixed. Got the roof leak fixed & he is coming back in a week to fix the hole in the ceiling. Thank you God for answering my prayer.

ANOTHER UPDATE: 9/30/2024 My phone is not working. This means a trip to Snellville about 20 miles. Also, the leak is back in my "New" roof (only 4 years Old) Minor damage from Helene!

16-27 Sept 2024: Purged my books. Took approx 500 books to Winder & Munroe Libraries. Got another 200 ready to go to Loganville Library. I still have 9 full bookcases. The ones I donated were on the floor, on the table & in the closet. WOW!

10 Sept 2024: Finally broke down & replaced Refrigerator. Got the Fridge of my dreams.

29 Aug 2024: Got the new/used Printer installed last night. I had 2 that were given to me. Yea!!

26 Aug 2024: This is not my year. Saturday night my Printer broke!!

Yeah I am back online. All set up with a new computer tower. Just signed up for some Swaps. Thanks everyone for your patience. God Bless.

Going tomorrow 8/6 to buy a new computer tower. Will be out of touch while they transfer data.

UPDATE: MY COMPUTER CRASHED LAST WEEK. I TOOK IT TO BEST BUY-GEEK SQUAD FOR A WEEK. JUST GOT IT BACK & AM GOING THROUGH 549 EMAILS. I WILL GET ALL MY SWAPS OUT NO LATER THAN SATURDAY 27 JULY. THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

IF ANYBODY IS EXPECTING A SWAP FROM ME-PLEASE NOTE MY COMPUTER IS MESSING UP BIG TIME. I CAN BE HALF WAY THROUGH A SWAP & IT JUST GOES BLANK. PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE. FritosMom

NOTE: There is a mail delivery problem here in GA. Mail is running 2 months longer to send & receive.

Thank you all for your Prayers. 6/7. Shoulder is back to 90%. Probably the best for now. 5/14 Finally got some pain meds for the shoulder. I have been doing exercises every day , all day on & off. Arm is moving better but still have a ways to go. Absolutely nothing can be done about the Severe Sciatica. Just have to do a little & rest a lot. I am trying to mentally adjust to this new me.

5/2 MRI sez I have a torn rotator cup & a Frozen Shoulder. No Surgery, just more Physical Theraphy.

4/17 Epidermal Shot in back did nothing. Cannot get into see Dr. for Shoulder until May. So, I am in limbo right now. I do take an occasional pain pill so I can sleep.

4/8 Shoulder cortisone shot in shoulder has worn off. Tomorrow is Epidermal shot in lower back. I have to get up at 5:30 am to be there on time. Still doing my daily physical therapy to strengthen my legs.

3/28/2024 Yesterday X-rays on shoulder. Got a cortisone shot in shoulder. It was some relief for my shoulder & I can use my right arm. But have been scheduled for MRI on just my shoulder.

I will be getting Epidural shot in my back 9 April. Than back to the Arthritis Specialist.

3/6/2024 Started physical therapy on my back/sciatica & legs. I have appt 27 March for my right shoulder. It seems the Bronchitis set things in motion- I seriously coughed for 3 weeks. Back hurts, legs are cramping & I fell twice last week. I have an MRI scheduled for 19th. Don't know right now if it is bones (Orthopedic) or Fibromylgia/Arthritis or any combination. Going to a Arthritis specialist 14th. Annoyed that Drs are specializing. So, it will be 3 Drs trying to diagnosis. I will not just them "Medicate". Find the source of the problem & will fix it!

I was sick since 27 Dec 2023 thru 13 Jan 2024. Broncholitis. First time sick since 2020.

For some reason I feel like this one is appropriate for our times: “And he testified with many other words and exhorted them, saying, "Save yourselves from this crooked generation." Acts 2:40 RSV-CE

AGOCF - Bible Quotes #1

AGOCF Bible Quote #1

As the swap does not specify that a specific version of the Bible must be used, I have chosen to use the King James Bible – 1611, which is written in Middle English. It is one of my favorite versions. And while the words may look a bit strange, they are NOT misspelled.

‘The 1611 King James Bible was written more than four hundred years ago when the English language was different. The original 1611 A.D. text, written in Early Modern English, shows the language with its Latin influence. Spelling was in Jacobean style which was not entirely standardized, but could be read phonetically. The original typeface was in Gothic style. Although both the typestyle and the older language of the 1611 version may be considered difficult to read by some 21st Century English readers, the translators produced an accurate translation known for its beauty, cadence, and poetic feel.’

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
