This will be the 2nd time I've hosted a swap for these wonderful little doors. I just love the idea of creating a way for those helpful little creatures to get into my home. As I have always said, I can use all the help I can get keeping my life on track. The guidelines will be faily loose as WHAT a fairy door should look like is a personal thing. 1.Somewhere between 3 and 6 inches high. 2.It does not have to open by human hand....fairies have magic, they'll be able to open it if they want to. 3.Any media is fair game although a flat paper door is not acceptable. Paper is fine but add dimention to it. If you can slide your fairy door under a closed human door, it's not embelished enough! Fairies like pretty things so make your door pleasing to the wee folk. They wont want to open a door that doesn't appeal to them. Do your best to impress the fairies.....maybe they will add a heart to your rating. ;-) As this is a group swap, the fine print is simple. Do the right thing, ask questions if you need to, communicate with your partners. |
