I like bright colors, teal,lime green and peach, pink are two favorite color combinations. Rainbows are high on my list too. Solids or patterns, either ok. I like lots of designers, many of them "modern" ; Alison Glass, Bari J. Ackerman, Lizzy House, Pat Bravo, Violet Craft, Valori Wells, Amy Butler, Tula Pink, and the cute group: Aneela Hoey, Heather Ross, And Sara Jane. I favor piecing over appliqué , love triangles of all angles: half square, 60 degree etc.
