Mom, Geek, Girly-Girl.
I love being a Mom. I have two boys (4 and 9)and two girls (teens). I also have a very expressive cat.
I am a huge geek. I love D&D, anime, superheroes, comics, science, math, and fantasy. I am a BBC and SciFy channel snob.
I am very laid back and pragmatic. I like things that are fun or useful.
My personal style is kind of minimal- but I am learning to widen that out a bit. I am a big gal and always assumed bright colors or big jewelry made me look bigger and I am learning that's not entirely true. I am a girly-girl. I love pink and purple and glitter.
I have pierced ears and long hair.
I am allergic to shrimp which sucks because I live in a place with amazing seafood. I rarely drink, I am not a fan of illegal drugs, and I don't smoke. I run a greeting card and gift company on etsy and it leaves me just enough time to homeschool my kids, patter around in the kitchen, tend my tiny container garden, knit, and clean up a lot of messes. I am NOT religious, but won't take offense if anyone else wishes to send me polite religious phrases. (Ie: Merry Christmas, Bless This House, I'll pray for you...) since those don't directly involve you attempting to change my mind or bashing my religious choices.

Anything. Especially love things like Evanescence, Imagine Dragons, NiN, Aretha Franklin, PFunk, and Abba.

Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and classical lit.

I also collect cookbooks and vintage children's textbooks.

I like movies that make me laugh. I am a huge campy films person. I HATE horror.

Doctor Who, Sherlock, Hells Kitchen, random documentaries... (I usually watch Hulu so i am not even sure what I last watched on TV that wasn't a movie).

Knitting, playing with glitter, sewing, jewelry making, sculpting, upcycling junk, ATCs, shrink art... I have a dedicated art studio and it is packed with stuff.

I like onions, garlic, black pepper, and cilantro. I know a hundred recipes for Ramen that actually involve cooking. I am a thrifty freak. I normally have blue or purple highlights in my hair. I am scared of growing older and becoming bitter. I am terrified of snakes and squirrels. I am not overly fond of spiders. I would prefer a long vacation in a single room cabin by myself in the middle of a blizzard in a remote mountain range to a family trip to Hawaii.
I get motion sick easily. I have a minor heart condition. It leaves me out of breath and needing a lot of rest. I get grumpy because my usual method is to keep moving and stay busy. So I do stuff with my hands that I can do while sitting. As I am writing this, my four year old ran butt naked from the bathroom, a pair of sunglasses on, waving a pool noodle about, and demanded we go to the beach so he could play with the girls in "kinis". Sigh.
