And I’m awful at filling out “about me” sections. I haven’t had a pen pal since middle school (and even then it was my childhood best friend, and we would type up our letters, hehe), so I’m very excited to begin and make new friends! I'm 23, and I married my high school sweetheart in 2018! We enjoy playing tennis, gaming, taking walks, and being idiots together. I’m terribly sentimental and can’t throw anything away if it was given to me or has nice memories attached. I love spicy food, and am very partial to Hot Cheetos :p I enjoy photography, drawing, painting, and writing, but get discouraged and unmotivated so easily. I'm honestly a big conspiracy theory nerd (though, I'm not too gullible, I think...) and I love anything paranormal and spooky. Animal Crossing, The Sims, Elder Scrolls, Kingdom Hearts, and Harvest Moon are some of my favorite video games. I work in the tasting room of a popular vineyard, but don’t care for wine much, and I run my own pet sitting business, because I adore animals. I live a small town with a population of just over 2,000 people, where the townsfolk talk to strangers like friends. I am often lost in a day dream (I blame my zodiac sign, Pisces). I can talk to anyone, despite being a bit awkward, and love meeting new people. I can’t wait to write you. ☆

I love anything with a nice melody or beat that gives me that “ooh, this is good” feeling, ya know? Like those tinglies/chills.
I’m currently obsessed with Lo-Fi hip hop and Kawaii Future Bass type stuff (i.e, Snail’s House, dark cat, etc) it’s fun to write, craft, or game to.
I can really bop to the Animal Crossing soundtrack lol ♪
I was in love with Fall Out Boy and Panic in middle school, but who wasn’t? And I still enjoy them today, just a little less obsessively.

I was one of those kids who could finish an entire book in a day, but nowadays it’s hard to find the energy to read. I find myself getting so distracted or easily disinterested in things (must be the depression lol). I have so many unread books on my bookshelf currently. I actually really enjoyed the Hunger Games trilogy, and I LOVE Harry Potter. I’d have to say John Green might be my favorite author, I just love his writing style and his stories. If you have any book recommendations, I’d love to hear them. Getting back into reading is on my to do list.
•Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
Kind of like with reading, I find myself easily disinterested in television. There’s very few series I’ve actually made it all the way through. It’s odd, even if I enjoy the show, I still find myself drifting away from it gradually. I enjoy watching shows that I don’t really have to keep up with, something I can have on in the background, like cooking shows or HGTV. When I’m looking for something to actually watch, I enjoy anime, true-crime shows, paranormal shows, documentaries, etc. Also, The Office, duh

I love to join both Regional (USA) and International swaps, and I frequently check in on them for updates and changes. I mark swaps as "Sent" as soon as they hit the mailbox or post office - when they are out of my hands, they are "sent." Because things may be placed in my mailbox at home, and then picked up by the mail carrier, the postmark on it may be dated a day or two off from my "sent" date. For example, If I place something in the mailbox on Sunday, it will be picked up Monday but may not be postmarked and dated until Tuesday. I don't even pay attention to the postmark when I receive something because it is so unreliable and rarely accurate. I always check my partner's profile and make sure to tailor everything to their preferences, and I generally like to go above and beyond with the little things. When I receive a swap, I try to rate it the same day! If for some reason I accidentally forget to rate you, just shoot me a message and I'll be sure to do so. If I haven't received a rating from you, I'll most likely reach out to make sure you received your end from me and remind you to leave a little rating. ;)
