About Me

I have been happily married for over 30 years and have two grown sons.

Have done a little travelling, but my travels always include a beach and a cocktail !

I started out scrapbooking, then I got hooked on rubber stamping and making greeting cards. Later add in mini albums, charm dangles, etc. My current addiction is Vintage Journals.

I take great pride in my work, and would never send something that I wouldn't like myself. If something isn't right, please let me know.

I will ALWAYS send my swaps, so if you do not receive the swap within a reasonable time period, please contact me so that I can track it down and/or re-send.

Likes

I like vintage and shabby chic.

My favorite colors are pink, mauve, rose, coral teal, mint green,and cream.

I love lace, pearls, charms and unique embellishments.

My favorite candy is chocolate covered salted caramels, or just plain caramels. I am not a huge candy eater - but I do enjoy a nice little candy here and there. I don't drink hot tea, but I love my coffee.

I will add to this as I join more swaps and find out what kind of things one needs to know about me.

Dislikes

Things I would not use are stickers, glitter (I have tons), magazine clippings, the dollar acrylic stamps, do not do project life scrapbooking, don't like Kawaii, I don't have any use for juvenile themes.

I have a sensitivity to cigarette smoke, so would appreciate you taking care to not send me anything that smells like cigarette smoke

And then to go even farther beyond the swap to send such thoughtful things for my son, I'm am so touched! He even squealed a little when he saw the Gulp worms and other stuff for his fishing box! Hi Merry!

I wanted to thank you for my Gulp Worms and fishing hooks! I wasn't even expecting anything and I squealed when my mom told me there was a present for me. I just bought a fishing rod and got a box from my mom's boyfriend, and I'm glad to have some more things to fill it up with now! All thanks to you! I put the calendar keychain on my bookbag it's so great! The card you sent to me was very nice too I put it on my dresser. Thank you again for making me so happy, you are very special!

An inchie is a 1"x1" piece of your artwork, like an ATC, but you only have one inch. I think the base is usually a 1"x1" piece of chip board. I just made my first four this weekend, and boy are they tiny. Made my first ATC too !
