I have been a teacher in the primary grades for over thirty years. Currently I teach fourth graders. I have two college age sons, and three cats living at home with my husband and me. I love to ballroom dance, read mysteries and romances, scrapbook, camp, swim, and enjoy helping my son cook. (watching and chopping) I belong to scrapbook.com and splitcoaststampers.com where I swap often. Swapping is addicting-just a little.

My favorite colors to scrap with are blue, white, red, and black. With all the males at my house I rarely use pink or purple. My favorite embellishments are brads and fibers. The embellishment I use the least is a flower. Currently my favorite crafts are paper oriented though I have done stitchery in the past. I am currently working on our Alaskan vacation.

I like to listen to Lady Gaga and my music is rated for dance beat more often than lyrics. I love to cha cha and rhumba. I am a big Jane Austen fan. It was a real highlight of my life to travel to England to go to Bath to Jane Austen's tea room.
