Comment: I hate rating low.. and I only do so if I have to. This swap was mailed 9 days after the swap date, and I was never informed it would be late... We had even just talked about sending late and making sure to keep in touch with your partner in June. :-(

Comment: these were not mailed until well after the due date. No communication was given, until I initiated it. If you know you are going to be late, please let your partner know ahead of time.

I have not received the resend and you have not responded to additional messages I sent asking if you did indeed resend.
