Several times by train back in 60's, Few plane trips in 90's and early 2000's. 1 cruise 2012. and many road trips over the years. Not many lately but just upgraded my vehicle so would like to do a few to visit some zoos I have been following on facebook and you-tube.

Comment: Thank you for the card with vintage stamps! I cannot believe the post office decided to scratch them off with a pen stroke in order to cancel them (!!) instead of just stamp them. I hate it when they do that. So sorry for the pretty stamps.
Response: Honestly it is happening more and more. And I think some postal workers are angry they have to count the amount of postage so they take revenge on the stamps. It’s really unfortunate ! Sorry it happened to yours

I have downhill skiied in middle school and did some cross country skiing in highschool at a camp, but otherwise, haven't done either since. We have a couple of ski hills where I live, but never took an interest in it. I am also afraid of heights.

Comment: Hi Mary, Loved the pc, and book washi tape on it and the Little Women postage stamp Little Women was the first book my mom read to me and my 3 sisters. So much truth in this story about 4 sisters LOL I also chose Books as a b work also the beach but I can not remember what I put for the 3rd thanks for a great swap :)

Comment: nice poem and postcard pairing. i love the illustration of the flowers. as for the poem, I thought the formatting reminded me of ee cummings work, as he has quite. a few poems that played with format to send a message. And theme of simple joys in an almost domestic setting, like slowing down on the weekends and enjoying family, like a reset to your week, reminds me of a bit of poems that urged people to reconnect with nature that came out of the existentialist movements. Thank you for sharing!
