Comment: Unfortunately, I feel I have to rate a 3 due to sending late without communicating until 10 days after the due date. In addition, roaddummy marked "sent" on 31 Jan but then contacted me on Feb 9th to let me know that she actually did not send until Feb 9. I dont think thats OK regardless of life circumstances.
Response: It is what it is. I know I sent late. Life does get in the way. Having a young son in the hospital is hard on anyone. I do apologize and I do understand. I just hope you enjoyed the package and glad to know that it did get there safely.
