Description:
We learn something new every day. Some things we learn are educational, some funny, some interesting and some bizarre! For this swap you'll have 1 partner and make for them one little booklet with things you learned recently! Rules for making booklets: booklet should be at least 4" x 6" booklet has to be handmade and 100% made of recycled materials (you can use for covers: greeting cards, thin cardboard from cereal boxes, etc. / for pages: old book pages, magazine pages, junk mail, leaflets, etc. / for writing: hand written, hand drawn or clips from magazines or books) booklet has to have at least 6 pages + covers each fun / interesting fact should be on separate page, if you're using web page as a source, you can write down a link at the end of page it's strictly forbidden to use computer to print out images / text!!! No stickers! (unless they are recycled from envelopes and such) How it will be decorated and what facts will be included inside is sender's choice. Links to tutorials how to make booklets: tutorial 1 tutorial 2 REQUIREMENTS for participants: Have completed at least 10 type 3 swaps and have them rated as well. I will automatically remove from the swap participants who do not qualify. Have at least a 4.90 rating with no recent 3s or 1s. For the pages, can we use the back of paper that has computer generated information on the other side? Sue

@suemick15 No, you can't use computer printed paper for pages BUT you can use it to cut it down or tear it up to make writing spots over pages that are too colorful to write on them directly.

would you be interested to join if this would be turned into themed swap? Like green booklets with facts / writings about things like: favorite animals, favorite recipes, country facts, fav vaication spots, etc... or even Q&A booklet with writing prompts (like a journal but much smaller).

I read the directions and kept waiting to read something like the "cover can be any shade of green..." :-P

If you were to do a themed swap, a coloured one might be nice actually. e.g., Every page orange - any shade - incl cover.
