Description:
Lets make some ATCs! You will have one partner and you will send one ATC to that person. The theme is OWLS! Please be creative and make something you'd love to receive yourself! No sticker slappers. There is a time and place for stickers, and if you have one that will go with your design, then feel free to use it. But that cant be the only thing(s) on the ATC. Standard ATC size please, 2.5"x3.5". Please no flakers! I will check your profiles. It must be well filled out. I will also check profiles for any unexplained 1's or 3's. If you have those, please message me and explain. I have the right to ban a user who has current unresolved low scores. Newbies with well filled-out profiles are acceptable.
