How can you do it with people being in different states? For example you can't cash a California lottery ticket in while your in New York.

If your state only sells dollar tickets just buy 3 tickets. I want each person to get at least $3 worth. If you want to send more thats fine, just not less.

Thats correct, if you are lucky enough to win, just mail it in to collect.

Don't forget to include a note saying who you are and the name of the swap so you get rated.

Why is this illegal? I could send anyone a ticket in any State. I send my grandkids tickets of $1.00 or more as a little hello gift in other states. Tourists get tickets from every state they are traveling in and take them home. Please give us the law you state vivaladiane. or is it just not permitted by Admin?

Ok did some research and scratch off ticket swaps have been successfully done many times since 2009.

I participated in swaps like these when I first joined SB and I won $96. I offered to donate some of the winnings to the sender's favorite charity - because it really was an unexpected windfall - and she asked me to buy something pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month. I had a mammogram and I bought a pink grocery bag which I still use.
