Hello! My name is Julia McIntyre (Lovell), I'm 25 years old; I'm married and have an absolutely precious 2 year old son. I recently went back to being a vegetarian (mostly vegan), but my husband will always be my handsome carnivore 😂 I’m currently learning French and know some German and Russian. I have four tattoos (1 infinity symbol behind my left ear, a cat skull with daffodils on my right shoulder, the swedish phrase 'Lycka Utan Grans' on my left foot and chemical structures on the left side of my rib cage) I also used to have 00 gauges but now I don't wear them or earrings.

I was going to school to be a clinical dietitian and may continue my education but I have a strong calling towards Psychology.

For a living I have an antique/vintage eBay shop and I take care of adults with special needs and currently care for twin girls with Cerebral Palsy who may help me with swaps from time to time... we love to get crafty!! I also just got a third job at a wood shop and love my boss! He’s hilarious!

Things I enjoy: Anything to do with history (Especially WWII or the age of the Vikings) or science, love game of thrones, hiking, video games (RPG, war games, the fallout series, anything for N64 / Super Nintendo) cooking, trying new things, anything to do with science / nature and meeting new people.

I have always been interested in foreign lands and cultures, recently for my birthday I was given an Ancestry DNA test and it stated that I am Great Britain 42% Europe West 20% Scandinavian 14% Europe South 11% Europe East 7% Ireland/Scotland/Wales 4% Finland/Northwest Russia 1% Mali

Things I collect: Foreign currency, postcards, stamps, matryoshkas, my son LOVES the show “Little Einsteins”

Things I dislike: Drama, racism, homophobia, spiders, wasps. Also, I prefer non religious swaps as I’m agnostic but to each their own and it won’t bother me, just a preference.

Allergies: Dairy and tobacco

I’m always looking for new penpals, when I was in middle school thru college I had at least 30 different people I wrote to back and forth. I probably have close to 1,000 postcards I’ve received from my old account here, penpalling and postcrossing. My best friend is my very first penpal from France, we have known each other for 9 years!

Looking for penpals!! Preferably from anywhere other than US / Canada / England as I have so many from those places. I will even write the first letter. 💕
