I do not know why it says "User has been Partially Suspended?". I have email the Contact Admin. and haven't gotten any email back. This is very frustrating. No communication back at all. And don't understand why that says that either. I have fulfilled all my swaps that I've signed up here at Swap Bot. I sent my swaps, and I didn't even get any ratings after I did fulfill my obligations here at Swap Bot. I'm very ticked off right now!
