[As of June 22, 2015] Among other things, I am a mother, a poet, an artist, a designer and a scholar. My son Joseph and daughter-in-law, Alicia are 23 (they wed in June, 2013), and my baby girl, Cerridwen, will be 20-years old in July 2015. My daughter-in-law has made me a very proud Gramma on May 6, 2015. So I also have a granddaughter, named Alice, who is a true cutie-patootie, and a joy to us all.

I design and create bodywear accessories of leather, hemp, stone, bone and beads, and have sold them professionally since 1990, in shops in Connecticut and Vermont and via etsy. I have had a couple of etsy shops in the past - one of them was exclusively dedicated to stationery and other paper products such as ATC cards, hand-bound journals, and zines.

Penpalling has been a favorite hobby of mine since I was 8-years old, and at different periods of my life I have been quite prolific at churning them out, but as I got older and busier, I have not always been able to churn them out as fast or as long, but I still love it. In early 2013, I discovered postcrossings and have joined the postcard swapping mania and that is a lot of fun for me. I even keep a blog where I load up the cards I receive and sometimes, the ones I send. Although, I haven't updated much in the past year as I was busy with my new career as an Holistic Health Coach.

I have a great deal of interest in astro- and quantum physics, magic, marketing, myth, social economics, Hello Kitty and other super adorable things. I also love all things nature - like mountains and trees, creeks and lakes, rocks, driftwood, and the smell of grass, ladybugs and bumblebees, dragonflies and frogs, and birds of every kind. I like textiles from different cultures, handmade pottery, colored glass, scented candles, and whimsical art - the more whimsical the better I like it.
