Sending:

*I always try to get my mail out as soon as possible after the partners are assigned. Please take note that I do live in Belgium, so almost all my swaps are international swaps and they often need some time to get to their destination. Especially when they're sent outside of Europe.

*If you do not receive a swap I sent you, please contact me before rating, so I can try to figure out what went wrong. We're all adults here and I'm sure we can figure something out! :-)

*I always hit the "sent" button after I put the letter/ postcard/ package in our local mailbox. On weekdays the last time they empty the box is around 2pm. On Saturday around 11am. They don't send out mail on Sundays. So the date I hit sent, may not be the same as the mark on your letter. It depends on the time I posted it.

Receiving:

*I rate almost immediately after receiving. That is off course, if you leave your information like you username and the swapname. I'm still a newbie, but I already had stuff delivered to me without this information. I will still rate you, but it will probably take a little bit longer because I will need to find the time to look this information up in that case.

*We receive mail on Monday-Friday, never on Saturday or Sunday.

*If you think I forgot to rate you, please contact me, and I will do so! But usually if I didn't rate you, I probably have yet to receive the swap.

*If you're going to be late sending your swap, please inform me before the swap's end date

My name is Sarah, happily married with children. Our son is 5 and our twin girls are 2 years old. I live in the Dutch speaking part of Belgium, in a small and beautiful town.

Obviously, I'm a big snail mail fan. I've been writing letters since I was a kid, and still loving it. It always make me happy to find something else than bills and advertisements in my mailbox :-)

Since I live in Belgium, I will often have to send internationally. This might take a bit longer to arrive. Please contact me if you think you should have received my letter/postcard/package already but didn't. That way we can try to figure it out together!

I love receiving cards and postcards in the mail. My preferences there are: vintage/ retro cards, cards from (children's) books, movie cards, cards with quotes on, cards with tea / chocolate/ sweets

Please NO religious cards. I respect everyone and their religuon, but since I'm not a very religious person myself, I don't particulary enjoy cards with such a theme.

First of all, being Belgian, I looooove chocolate! 😀🍫

I enjoy my daily cup of tea (don't like coffee). My favourite teas are green tea, herbal tea or fruit tea, but I'm open to try anything!

Our son is 5 years old and likes Disney movies , especially Cars, Planes and Dumbo. He's also really into Lego. He likes to build things, but also loves the movies (ninjago, lego batman ...) Other shows he likes are paw patrol and Dinotrux

Our girls are 2 years old and love the care bears and peppa pig.
