Comment: I received the cards. hank you for the swamp and for the extra. What I'm dealing with isn't bad... except that it is keeping me away from home during the week. Once I get things caught up, it should only take a day a week to keep up with it. I found him an accountant, which was the biggest issue.

Every now and then, a raven or eagle will show up. We used to have up to 10 eagles in our yard and on my railing at any one time, We used to give them the old salmon. Comment: Love you chunk! Christmas PCs are hard to find organically, we typically order them from Zazzle or the like. My wife actually designs several for upload/purchase there. She convinced me to do a lot of "big" swaps (10+) people, and I got quite backlogged rating all of them (ugh). I it was fun though, I really like swapping with her and our son. I hope that your gingerbread cookies were awesome...I love gingerbread (and molasses) cookies! I hope that you have a great 2027.

We have an amazing ice cream shop here in Marseille where they have the weirdest all natural flavors, I usually have sesame and coriander but they have so many, including a black salty vanilla ice cream (and it is delicious !) We should get your dad and my 90 y.o. mum together!! 😉
Response: Yes I've been on it twice. It's pretty neat to go on a ferry and knowing your car is down below. The 4 winds is written by Kristin Hannah. I hadn't even heard of the historical events in the book. My 89 year old Mom I think wouldn't like that idea! hahahaha

I hope I get to come out to Ontario soon, usually I’m there once a year or so but with the travel situation these days I haven’t been anywhere in awhile. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas! Comment: Thanks for the pretty glitter card! Good luck with your tubing plans. Minnesota winters have been a bit "iffy" with snowfall, which is weird cuz when I was a kid we regularly shoveled snow forts out of the mountains of snow at the ends of our neighborhood driveways.

Comment: Thank you very much for the Polar bear PC's for the theme and extra of brown. We have lots of those & black bears here in Canton, PA. We are very rural here & we live atop a mountain & see them often. Except winter time, ha! Right now & through out summer & fall, we see our fair share & I do not let my 2 dogs out late at night either. No way! Learned the hard way once & years back a dog we had, was mauled & killed by a black bear. So, Never again!

My Grandma had visited Frankenmuth when she visited family in Michigan many years ago and we used to have a spoon rest that sat on our stove for years... I wonder where that thing is?! Comment: Always enjoy a lighthouse tour. I like the stories of the life of a lighthouse keeper and the families. We did an Oregon/California coast tour and each lighthouse had a stamp we could get in a lighthouse passport. Did they have this on the Lake Erie tour? thanks for the great card.

Edinburgh Zoo has been trying, totally unsuccessfully to breed pandas they​ ' borrowed' the breeding pair from China. For the first 2 or 3 years we had daily reports on national TV on the state of play. They even showed a motorcycle courier hot footing it to Manchester with a blood sample to test to see if the poor panda was ovulating and should be introduced to the male! Any way pandas had the last laugh and refused to cooperate. They tried IVF and that didn't work either... So now the pandas are being left in peace!
Response: Wow! They will probably have a baby now that there is no stress!!

My parents crammed about 15 people into our fairly small living room so they could watch the Coronation. The only thing I remember is that it poured of rain! Best wishes

Comment: I agree so much, orcas should be free. Did you see the documentary about them? I know it has helped make positive changes for their care. There is a lovely aquarium in Atlanta with whale sharks in a ginormous tank. I want to do an overnight there bc you can sleep by the tank. Thanks for the lovely card and inspiration of thinking of sea creatures! :):):)

Comment: Thanks for the Starwars post card. I haven't seen the latest in the franchise but very much liked the early ones. I was brought up on Dan Dare and also the early Dr Who with William Hartnell or Patrick Troughton. I also love watching repeats of Quatermass ànd the Pit. However many times I see it end up hiding behind the sofa!

Comment: Hi Cathy! I got your postcard today and I love it! One of my many dreams is to visit Canada :) I also loved Star Trek post stamp, I never seen one, but now I am totally determined to look for them so I can put them into my stamp album haha!
Response: Glad you liked the card. The Star Trek stamps came out a few years back but my post office still had some. They also issued postcards!
