Comment: Thanks for the lovely Fruit PC - hope you had an amazing relaxing day with your pets!. (P.S. Sorry for the late rating on this - I had a chunk of PC's that accidentally got put in a folder in the bottom of my incoming mail tray and I didn't realize they were there! )
Comment: Hi Hannah, thank you for the train postcard! I love the way you make your Capital H’s. I may try that but not sure I’m coordinated enough to do it in one continuous mark like you do❣️
Comment: Hello Hannah. Hannah was my great grandmother's name. Thank you so much for the great postcard. I love black & white postcards! Happy swapping!
Comment: Thank you so much for the great Utah postcard <3 It's really such a beautiful scenery and I can relate to your willing to see it yourself. I would love to, too :-) Thank you for hosting this great swap series :-)
Comment: I'm so sorry I haven't tasted you. I just did a deep clean of my desk and found your swap! Thank you so much for the cards. I hope you had a lovely holiday and big hopes that 2022 gives a better year than last!
Comment: Thank you so much for sending the PCs! I can either sign again or just pass it on. When I get in that situation I just save it for the next round and if need be I start a new one. I have now received back 4 of my postcards! Have a wonderful day!
Hugs,
Diane
Comment: Hello Hannah. I love that you sent a postcard with an interesting piece of art on it. I wonder what the artist thoughts were in putting the birds on the girl. Wishing you well!
Comment: Thanks for the postcards! I especially like the paper scrap that you used to write the note on - I'm going to save it for an art or junk journal! :)
Comment: How funny! My half-brother's last name is Butler and his adopted daughter's name is Hannah, so I initially had to do a double take on your return address sticker! I'm sure "Hannah Butler" is common but it caught me off guard.
Comment: I hope you get a cat. It will be blessed to come to your abode. They are wonderful company!! Before I had cats, I thought they were aloof animals, but they aren't. Thank you for the card.
Comment: Hi Hannah. Thank you for the card and sultr. Your quote is now one of my favorites, too. It will be added to my Quote Journal. I write the quote and author's name. I also add who sent me the quote. I add pictures and interesting information that I find. I'm loving this journal. Best regards, Alma
Comment: Thank you for the Biosphere 2 -card. It's funny I was just considering watching a document film ("Spaceship Earth") about this same project! Very interesting, and too bad the tests with people living there run into so many problems.
Comment: Oh! I love the vintage paper pack you sent, and the nebula and all things change PC's, and that "awesome citations". I'm going to use them, I think I need to make copies first! Thank you 🌻
Comment: I really enjoy all the goodies you sent me! Especially loving the kitschy scrapbook paper and the "plants are friends" stickers. Mega cute! Thank you! :)
Comment: Thank you for the card! If it's any consolation, I'm with you in the being unable to draw. Every craft I do, it looks like a five year old did it. :-) I hope you're doing well and staying safe!
Comment: Wow, I love the postcards! They are so cool, in fact, I have become paranoid that maybe I did this swap wrong. Like weren’t we supposed to send our extra crappy cards? These are too cool! Thanks!
Comment: Me and my daughter loved this card, her middle name is Alice after my love of Alice in wonderland so thank you for the beautiful postcard. Happy swapping xoxo
Comment: Thank you for this very interesting space-related postcard!! What a gem! Hope you got to take full advantage of your four day weekend. Take care :D
Comment: Hi there :) Thanks for your swap. I accidentally opened it as it didn't have the swap name on the outside, so I quickly put it back inside without reading, ready to save for my birthday in January next year :) Stay well x
Comment: Hi Hannah! I indeed, do like Jason Isbell. God-dammned Lonely Love and Cover Me Up are two of my favorite songs on frequent play. I dated a man who knows J.I. I wonder if the world could be any smaller sometimes. Be well, Dear! Love and light!
Comment: Thank you for the sweet PC! I love sunflowers too. I never grew poppies before but am trying them this year. Love trying new kinds, I’m such a garden junkie! Lol
Comment: Thanks for the dental hygiene postcard. We were supposed to have bad storms last week. But they ended up going a little south. Most of the school districts around us closed for the day. However, ours went full day.
Comment: Thank you for the cat postcard. I understand what you mean about having cat fever. I had cat fever in December and ended up adopting two kittens. They are sisters and 5 months old now. They are so much fun and keep us entertained. I'm glad we adopted two as they have someone to play with. I highly recommend adopting! Take care!
Comment: Isn't it cool to see pictures of planets where they look like marbles? It makes me think of how small we are in the "big picture"
I loved your cute pet Marshmallow!! Thanks so much
Comment: I finally got my forwarded mail and I'm so glad, because I love what you sent! Sorry again for the mix-up. And best of luck in grad school! :)
Comment: Many thanks for your nice postcard from the University of Alabama, which arrived at my home after 33 days (or 24 days according to the postal stamp). This late arrival gives me hope, that sooner or later some of my mail will arrive at its destination in the USA. Now that the cold and stormy season has ended, mail should travel a bit faster, shouldn't it? Many greetings!
Comment: I love to get handmade envelopes! Those were such great choices for my word - I love all of them! And the extras are so nice! Thanks so much!! 💚💚💚
Comment: Hi Hannah,
Thank you for the piano postcard. Do you play piano? It is the instrument I would have liked to learn to play.
Have you gotten your new bad weather yet? Today,Saturday, we have been hit with major Winter Storm. It has been snowing all day and we are to get very heavy snow through the night. Then it's suppose to snow all day and night on Sunday. Then we're suppose to get snow again on Tuesday.
It was wonderful to have you as my swap partner. I am sure we haven't swapped before and its always nice to meet new swappers. Over the last 2-3 months, almost all my swap partners are new to my swap experience.
Colorado continues to have mail issues, both coming in and going out. Please be patient. Thank you!

Comment: Hello there! Thanks for the hummingbird PC! I have several bird feeders in my backyard but I always seem to forget to refill the hummingbird feeder. I think it's because it takes more effort than filling the seed feeders. I really do need to make it a habit to fill it up. Thanks for the subtle reminder! ; ) Best, Rick
Comment: Hi Hannah! Thank you for the postcards! The swaps have gotten very interesting since there are so many more art style postcards available now!!

Comment: Thanks for the swap and the PC.
I always loved the maths. I took every math class that was available in school and usually got A's, while getting D's in almost everything else... not because I couldn't do it but because it wasn't interesting to me so I chose not to participate.
Comment: Thank you for the vintage button pc and nice message. I used to have a 'Dewey' button but lost it somewhere. I hope you got to have ice cream. Take Care!
Comment: if you see you have two or more swaps going to me, just stick them blank in the same envelope with a piece of paper showing what swap they are for. Saves postage! lol
Comment: Thanks for the great card. :) Hope your weather settled down. We got a bit of the winter storm, but not too bad, really. Or, not to me - I'm used to lots of snow in the winter, though I'm not a fan of it! :)
Comment: Hi Hannah,
Thank you for your vintage postcard you sent me for this swap. I enjoyed reading your postcard about what you do and where. How long have you been teaching? Are you from the Mississippi Delta OR did you choose to teach in that area? I did all my teaching of 20 years in ABQ, NM. I taught one year in the same school that I did my student teaching. The principal respected my teaching style etc. Then the same principal was chosen to be the principal of the first magnet school. We of course serviced the low income neighbor along with families applying from all over the city to sending their children to the school. TheMagnet School's 2 Main Focuses were The Arts and Spanish. She got to handpick her staff and I was one of her first staff members she picked as I was presently with her at her school. I accepted her request and stayed at the school 13 years. I moved on to another school for 5 years with another fantastic principal, different style, but very supportive, respectful of me and what I had to offer as a teacher. All these years were in the public school system. I took a years's leave from the public schools which I earned and returned to the Catholic School I attended to be their librarian and also to decide whether I'd stay at the Catholic School longer or return to the Public School System. The principal at the Catholic School was a former colleague as we had taught together and now she was the principal of the Catholic School. It ended up after my start at the Catholic School, I got really ill and was out of workforce quite a few weeks. When I returned to work, I worked everyday, but on a modified scheduled. It got me through the year and after that I was put on state disability through my pension and later I got Social Security Disability. All the schools I worked at were schools with students living in low income situations. This is whereI belonged and where I wanted to be each day. I loved every year I taught and every principal I worked for were great teachers and great supporters. I would love to hear more about your teaching experience in the Mississippi Delta. I am really interested.
It was a pleasure to have you as a partner for the first time on Swap-bot. I hope we have many more times to swap with one another. Until we meet again, Happy Swapping!!
Colorado mail in and out of the state has been slow as well as I am also awaiting a special form of low back surgery to keep my chronic pain at a Level that is tolerable. I am sorry for the delay.

Comment: Thank you so much for a great looking bicycle PC! I have fond memories of 'driveway biking' as a child as well. Funny story, one time when I was in the driveway, just standing over my bike, I fell over and cut my knee on the chain. I still have that scar today...no big deal, it just reminds me of how much I enjoyed riding bikes as a kid. Best, Rick
Comment: Thank you so much for the Women in Science PC! "Hidden Figures" was one of my favorite movies. I looked her up and she was one of the "human computers" featured in the movie. Have a great day!

Comment: Thanks for the retro card. It reminds me of the cards my dad used to send my mom from the States in the 70's when they were long distance dating.
Comment: Thank you for the adorable postcard, Hannah. The little forest sprite and her birdy friends are so precious! And I really appreciate your message reflecting my profile. Cheers on your low-impact journey!
Comment: Thank you so much for the beautiful imperfect postcard! Oh how I wish I was there!! That is odd..its looks like the kept it in an old flip book of some sorts....like an old rolodex....cute though!! Thank you!
Comment: Thank you for the postcard. I actually make it to the ocean a couple of times a year. It's less than an hour drive or subway ride from my house. I hope that you will make it there again soon.
Wish I could have pulled that off that sleeping trick back in college though. Would have made boring science lectures much easier.
Comment: Thank you for sharing your list - Interesting how a few of the same movies show up on the list from others..... we watch some of the same movies.
