Comment: What a fun letter this was to read. We have read some of the same books. I don't normally like movies made from books I've enjoyed but "Room" was one of those rare movies that I thought was BETTER than the book.

Comment: Thank you for the Pike Place Seafood Market card. If you are coming to visit Maine, I would recommend Camden (if you like hiking, there is a mountain with a gorgeous view). I also grew up in Brunswick. There are lots of nice places to stay there, and it is close to Portland, the "big" city, and Freeport, which is famous for it's shopping centers (LL Bean and outlet stores). I hope you are able to come and visit one day!

Response: it's not a problem. I'm a fan of modern art and interpretation.... plus i guess i kinda confused Vegan with regular Vegetarian (The rabbit-headed model = "animals are people too"). But I am glad you liked it in general!!

Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Originally, i had planned on interpreting the Renaissance artists' love of folds (like in clothing)... I wasn't quite sure how i'd do that, but as you can see, it didn't happen! :D But i'm very happy with the outcome and I hope we swap again soon!
