Comment: Hi Kelly! THANK YOU! This was such a special gift today. I love Sophia's artwork and your work on the envelope is simply stunning. What kind of markers do you use? They're so pretty. Thank you for sharing your story with chronic pain, sending you very gentle hugs. Sadly, I was just told I have to quit using ibuprofen for pain, which was only maybe once a week. Most of the time I just ignore the pain, though of course that's difficult. I have not had much luck with CBD oil, but it's not legal in this state to have the full strength oil so maybe if it becomes legal I will try other options and the cream. It's hard for people to understand if they see me out and enjoying something that it's going to take me 3 days (at least) to sleep and recover. At any rate, thank you so much for this lovely card and the postcards (awesome!) and your daughter's art (spectacular!) :):):)
Response: I am happy that it found you well. I never talk about my medical issues but I got so passionate in that card because I have been dealing with so many people over the holidays who don’t “get it”. They all thought, I was being rude but in reality the stress they were putting me under was causing a major flairup.
I had to sleep the two days after Christmas. Luckily, my daughter asked for stamps for her swaps and used all her new art supplies. (In my bed)-I hate sparkles. All in my bed. LoL. My husband bought me a weighted blanket that I have wanted so badly and it has helped me sleep through the pain. I have not had one night (since Christmas we’re i woke up in the night bc of pure pain). It’s 15lbs and it’s magical. 🦄. My doctors in Florida are pushing me for the medical “plants”🌿 since it’s legal here but I am too scared and also it is very very expensive to get the card that you need to carry and then purchase.
My markers are always sharpies. They have gotten so very expensive recently. I had a coupon for half off a set of the “art sharpies”. It was still going to be more than I was willing to spend on my doodles. Every so often at a yard sale I will purchase a bag of pens or markers and get lucky.

Comment: I love small parcel box you sent!!! So many things I can use. The beautifully artistic pen, the owl stickers, the rubber stamp and the cute colored small clothes pins. Thank you for thinking of my 4 yr old granddaughter. She loved everything especially the Shirley Temple postcard. When she died my little 4 yr old had no idea who she was. We went on the internet and found videos of her movies. My granddaughter loved her and started singing "On the Good Ship Lollipop" all of the time. She loved the snowman pencil and Hello Kitty stamp. Hope we swap again.

Comment: Love the ATC, the ribbons/fibers, card and note. Thank you much for all. I see on your profile that you are a poodle person...me too! I don't have a dog right now though...my standard, Jodie, had to be put to sleep in April. Oh, how I miss her.
Response: Oh I am so sorry. My Toy Poodle is 11 and walks on three legs because her arthritis kicks up in the cold (Then she babies it the rest of the year!) My husband and I were just talking about getting our Labradoodle a Standard to play with, since my little one doesn't want to play anymore. I am on the rescue list, so if a poodle is in need they will call me. Once again I am so sorry for your loss!
