Comment: Thanks for this beautiful tile? Can you tell me the names of the tangles you used? Did you use a .005 micron pen on this one? The lines are so very fine! Thanks too for the Zendala pattern! Response: Thanks! I try to use some patterns I haven't used before. The"ribbon" isn't new. The other 2 are akoya and asleep (pattern.collections.com). Pen Koh-I-Noor Rapidograph 00/.30 they are refillable. price for the set, but I have enjoyed using them. Clog if not used often. Amazon and I've seen them at Jerry's Artarama (not sure if this is only local). I usually start with lite pencil lines and then erase. Right or wrong...I don't care, it makes me happy! Stay safe! Comment: Thank you for the dimensional tile. It's the first time I've gotten one that wasn't flat. The crystal is an interesting touch. I like the embossed bunny card, too.

Response: Thanks. First time for a gem! I love the fine lines and use a refillable Rapidograph OO or Micron 005, graphite pencil HB and paper stump to blend the pencil. Comment: Susan, thanks so much for a really creative and beautiful done Rolo! The egg shells are absolutely perfect and very creative and clever! What did you use to color them? I must try some things using egg shells now and shredded paper as well! Thanks so much!
Response: Welcome. Egg shells were colored with alcohol ink [with a paint brush] after they were glued in place. I also put a sealer on them to protect the color. Shredded paper was from an old dictionary [used a ruler to rip]. This was the first time I've used shells...it was fun to try! Thanks for the rate and heart. See ya at the mail box.

Comment: Thanks for the great "F" page. I'm a big bike rider so it was perfect. Have biked everyday since 5/1 for a national bike challenge that runs until 9/30. My city took 1st place in the nation last year, hope to do it again. I collect wine labels to use in my art.

One of my coworkers just had her engagement ring, wedding band, and anniversary ring made into one ring. We were admiring it last week.

My husband died 20 years ago so I took my engagement ring, our 25 anniversary rings, and my family ring and put all into 1 ring. I did this I guess within a year of his death. Comment: Sorry I'm so late in rating - I thought I had done it earlier. Nice to know we have so many things in common. I do like to incorporate beading into my art quilts. I wasn't able to hand quilt for a long time because I had carpal tunnel but now that I've had the surgery, I can try my hand at it. I have a panel with the map of US on it that I want to handquilt. I collect pins from the places we have visited and thought this would be a great way to display them. I've been doing the craft show here for about 8 years so would be happy to ansdwer any questions you might have. I love zentangling and found a pattern on line that I have to try. She did the outlines for the zentangle and then filled them in with black and white fabrics that looked like zentangling and then finished with a satin stitch on the outlines. So of course gave me a reason to buy more fabric. Take care and hope our group can get together this year.

Response: Welcome. The letter was done with a stencil. I decided to do all the letters this way. Pens: Micron 005 if you can find it and Koh-i-noor 3x0/.25 refillable. The 005 is just a wee bit larger. I also love the very fine lines, but appreciate very much what others create. I've been tangling about 4 years...so keep practicing! See ya at the mail box.

Response: So glad it survived the swim! I have really enjoy doing these envelopes. Your fishes came from 2 pages of a calendar. I copied and cut, cut, cut! The sealer I'm currently using is Aleene's Instant Decoupage matte and I've also sprayed with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist Wheatfields. There are several layers of 'glue. I find it interesting that the envelope feel so much stronger and 'leathery' to the touch. Now that I have given away my 'most valued' secrets. I used clip art that I printed, cut, and glued. used at pencil to 'darken' areas, fine point Sharpie, and white out pen. Comment: I was under the impression that we were supposed to do the back, too (that's what I've been doing), so I was a bit disappointed when I turned the tag around, but when I re-read the requirements, nothing is said about decorating the back - so... a heart to your tag for a great front! I like it very much, thank you. This is the first one of the city tags I've received, that's why I've allowed myself to be under that false impression all this time :) What a good idea to write your note on the back of a nice piece of paper I can use on a future item! I've been to gay Paree, but when I was a kid and didn't appreciate it - would like to return to Europe and see all those places through an adult's eye.
Response: Sorry for your initial disappointment! But I do try very hard to adrear to the reguirements. But in the long run...you did enjoy the tag. I have never been to Paris, but would love to go. Response: Glad you enjoyed your package. Extras! I do understand providing for others. Previous life...I worked at a retirement community and 'created' an art project weekly. As for stamp collector. No, but have a variety of 'old' stamps from my mother and one of the residents at the retirement community. Response: So glad you likes the EEEEEEE! I had fun doing it. Ok, now for the 'how to'! Picture is from AARP, yes, I'm old! Copied onto cream card stock 2 copies. Cut horizonal on 1 and vertical on the other, then weave together. ModPodge covered all and 'stuck' some under strips to hold all together. Cut E after all was dry. Be careful as some of the strips needed glue when I finished cutting. Any question...let me know. Susan

Response: I am glad you like your ATC's. And struggle is good for the soul!!!I thought about the jacks for some time. Then I remembered that I had clip art of the boy and girl with flags...check out Stampington & company. They have a newsletter where they have in eash issue FREE clip art and stuff for sale. This was the first time that I have entered for playing cards and I did learn something. Tip for the day: I sanded your cards, but not the ones I made for myself. I know why for me? I always make myself a card so I know what I have done. Yours are not laying as flat as I would like, sorry. I think sanding opened the paper and allowed the glue to dampen the paper to make it warp! Bummer!! But I also thought they were 'beautiful. And appropriate for July and the 4th.

You asked for feedback on the envelopes...they are colorful, but too flimsy in their natural state to go through the mail, but I can fix that by applying several coats of Golden Gel Medium.
