Hi there! My name is Beth. I live in the Pocono's of Pennsylvania. I have been married to my true love for almost 12 years! We have 3 beautiful children that keep us active and running in different directions ;)

My daughter and I love to bake but I have to be careful of one ingredient... WALNUTS. I am very allergic to them! If I have one bite, my throat swells up :( So if you are in any of my recipe swaps, please refrain from them.
