Comment: Thank you for the lovely napkins. Nice selection. I thought they seemed rather thin, then realized that you must have removed the white multi-ply backings. On one hand, that definitely could keep the thickness down, thus reducing possible postal costs. On the other, it’s nice to use the white tissue backs for other art projects & to stamp images on, since the decoupaged background seems to disappear, which I enjoy doing. I find myself drawn to the abstract blue designed napkin, the elongated bright floral & the Indian designed ones most. ~ Z

Comment: Thank you! I love it! What beautiful stamps you always use on everything you send as well! I really like how everything came together collage-wise, so much better than mine. I couldn't get the crackle effect either- but I didn't have the exact materials from the tutorial. This really was a challenging challenge. Ink, bleach, coffee, mustard- quite the mix. Thank you so much for doing these challenges with me- hopefully when life slows down again we can set up more. I've recently gotten into felt painting!

Unfortunately the green lace “grass” didn’t make it through the sorting machines without being ripped off half the card, so the bottom of some of the washi flowers are torn too. I’m beginning to think PC arts are no longer mail-friendly without an envelope. 😒 Bums me out to think about since I usually like “naked” mail art! Just gonna try and flex with the times as best I can though, because I 💙 exchanging happy mail!

Comment: Thanks for introducing me to the Wiyos! Yep yep they're right up my alley. Pre-covid I played with an Irish group who plays in a pub for the public. The pub gives us free beer. I was intimidated at first, when I realized the pub was open and diners were there. But it didn't take long to get used to it. It was a fun group. My regular uke group meets in a folk cafe after hours, and we're looking into starting a drive-in jam. You park your cars in a circle, and each car has a microphone to pick up their playing. Everyone can hear each other playing in real-time through the FM radio. No 2 second lag like there is on Zoom. I'm excited to try it. I've played with the Portland, OR group a time or two. I live 2 hrs north of there in WA state. The piano sticker you sent is exquisite! I'm going to make myself a postcard and hang it on the wall. Thanks for all the great teas too. Delightful flavors!

So tired of it being so chilly. I want warmth darn it ! I bet the toilet paper situation is still bad there. It is here now & every store it's gone. I am so glad I stock up. I have always done that & gotten like 3 or 4 packages Scott brand with 30 rolls. Even before all this viral crap started. Only because, My mom always told me, in the event if something bad should happen, make sure you an abundance supply of food, tissues, paper towels, and toilet paper. I have always heeded her words. I don't go out of this house either & so have plenty of everything till we get passed this mess. Oh yeah, I see Walmart & Amazon have more toilet paper by the way.
