Response: Oh no, thank you for letting me know! I clearly didn't read carefully enough..or forgot when I actually sat down to create...and I've done a few of the same series and sadly may have oriented them in error. I'll do the next ones correctly now.
Response: Yes got them today! So glad you like the acetate! That was a new idea I learned from DW videos. I love the effect it gives - have fun!
Response: Glad it arrived - and still so weird!!!
Response: I did paint those violets - thank you :)
Response: I'm so glad you like everything. This was such a fun swap to send and also to receive. Thanks for hosting it!
Response: Wow that was fast to get to the UK! Thrilled! (Faster than some domestic US mail these days!)
Response: Oooh I just saw your blog and all the amazing art and postcards that are on it! Now I'm going to try that cut paper collage technique with my next blind contour drawing! It's amazing, and I've got lots of painted and gelli printed paper. Thanks for the inspiration!
Response: And I'm excited to see what you (and other partner) will do in it :)
Response: So glad you like it! It was fun to carve and now I have another cute one in my stamp box:)
Response: Oh no :( but glad it still looks good - "grunge" on black actually does still work!
Response: Great! So glad you like it and that you have a use in mind. Enjoy :)
Response: I'm so glad you like it and so happy it arrived safely, in its bubble wrapped nest :)
Response: I am so so glad that you enjoyed everything in your package! I had fun shopping for comfy/cozy goodies and when you have a cold spell, I hope it brings some warmth to you. (We're getting more cold weather here this weekend...but I love it. I'm a winter so bring it on!)
Response: Glad you liked it! I used to speak French and Spanish fairly well, but I don't any longer. I started learning Hebrew in college and really learned because of immersion/living/working in the country. I also learned so much from listening to music in Hebrew.
Response: Hooray it arrived :) A month and a bit to Chile from US...not bad!
Response: I'm thrilled you love it - I so enjoy making journals and this one was fun to put together!
Response: So glad you liked the stamp! It was a challenge, but I enjoyed the process and I will enjoy using the stamp too.
Response: So glad you liked it all. I did the marbling with a product called Marabu marbling paints. They weren't too pricey and though there was a bit of a learning curve, you get pretty results.
Response: Happy you like it! And, happy it arrived safely...it's a long way from me to Australia...I always worry when I join international swaps :)
Response: Glad you liked it. I used a product called Easy Marble by Marabu for the marbling. You can find instructions on youtube. The paint is floated on top of water, swirl it, then lay paper on it and lift. Like magic!
Response: Yay so glad you loved everything! Happy to have swapped to you. Bags and journals are my "bag" too.
Response: Yes - the image transfer technique is still hit and miss for me...and still more misses than hits. So finicky and depends on how much paint and how the image looks and how long to leave it and so on and so on....!!!!!
Response: Glad it arrived! And thanks for your great communication and understanding :)
Response: So glad you like them - and that you will know to make two of them. I confess, I recently made about 8 ATCoins for swaps and they were all different...so I'm not sure which ones went to you. But, none of them had gel pen backgrounds. If one of yours had a marbled background that was kind of shiny/smooth, it was done with Marabu Easy Marble paints. If you want to PM me for more info, please feel free. Enjoy!
Response: So glad you liked it AND especially glad that it arrived safely - NY to Singapore is far and I hoped it would get there w/o delay :)
Response: It was fun to make - my first one. Glad you liked it!
Response: I am so happy that you liked it - thank you for the compliments - I love my gelli plate and using it for so many things!
Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed it - I'm looking forward to seeing the one that I will be receiving...It was definitely fun to do, and a bit hard to mail off :)) but I'm happy that you appreciate it.
Response: So so glad you like it. I loved making it! (No Distress Oxides used...I think you are talking about the edges??...all I did was a cosmetic wedge pounced onto a black inkpad and then lightly brushed around the edges of the tag...instant aging/shadowing!!...one of my fave techniques)
Response: Excellent-so glad this one arrived!
Response: You are so welcome - glad you liked it, great challenge and swap. (PS - thank you bc your heart was my 100th heart received!)

Response: Eek - (red-faced) - but I guess that shows that everything I receive goes into my stash right away for using or swapping - nothing gets wasted :)
Response: Glad you like them!
Response: I'm glad you liked the way it turned out!
Response: Oh I'm sorry about folding them; I kind of wanted to get them in the mail but didn't have an envelope large enough; will keep in mind for the future to have the right size on hand. (Hopefully, though, the creases will come out, or, if you're like me, you will not use the whole sheet but use it cut or torn up as collage items.:))
Response: You're welcome - glad you liked the cards.
Response: You're welcome - glad you liked it - had fun making it.
