Comment: I thought about this rating for a while because the swap rules specifically said the swap is sender's choice. However, the swap rules also said to send things that are "useful", no trash. Unfortunately the envelope you sent included an absolutely filthy postcard, and poor-quality free tourist maps and leaflets, most of which are bent and/or have dog-ears - I wouldn't classify these items as useful. It all feels like an assortment of things you wanted to get rid off... The swap rules also specifically said to nicely decorate the envelope. I'm sorry but slapping on a handful of poor quality stickers is not a decorated envelope. I'm very disappointed.

Comment: This 5 was obtained by resending twice. It's sad for a birthday swap to be sent things which are clearly just from other received swaps or are lying around and this was true of every item of the 3 packages. Value was £5 and the first package was a scruffy second hand book not even faintly related to any interests of mine. The third one included an old battered keyring. A couple of items across packages 2 and 3 just about met the value when combined. Natasa was prompt and reliable when resending, but it would have been nice for a birthday swap to receive something aimed at me and not just what happened to be lying around the house. It wasn't a scavenger hunt, it was a gift :(

You didn't meet the requirements as you didn't follow the instructions of when to send the items and didn't communicate any problems with those dates before being late sending the items. Also there was supposed to be a note along with each week's swap, not just a post-it with the name of the swap. The quality of the items didn't make up for them being late, also. For example I was sent coffee with a best before date of 2012.
