Response: Since I was the one who contacted you to let you know I was having issues with this swap at the P.O. level, I'm surprised you didn't have the decency/common courtesy to PM me to let me know there was still an issue before rating a 1.
Clearly the cards went into the mail since ratings from other participants in this swap indicate that they were received.

You agreed to send me another "February Artifix Journal" on January 31 which you said was in the "finishing touch" on March 6. "Such an amazing swap you sent me, and I had the audacity to forget to rate you! I'm so sorry, Susan. How will you ever know how much I appreciate them now? You'll think I just feel obliged to say so. :( I forgot to mention in my msg that I thought the pot pourri one was coloured popcorn at first, as the tones of colour and their intensity resemble the old-fashioned stuff sold here as party food (popcorn + carcinogens in an oddly conical plastic bag). Comment: Susan not only sent a beautiful postcard ,but also a lovely card, her wise words made me laugh ,as they were about rainbows and when my kids were little we used to chase rainbows in the car with them.
