Comment: I am rating a 5 because there are five tapes, but only 3 are washi, the other two are deco tapes, which was not what the swap was for. Thank you for the address labels.

She promised to send by Monday, which she did. Great swapper who does communicate! I had given her a 5 and a heart the first time I left a comment, but wanted to come back and correct my words about no communication because she DID notify me that she'd be late.
