Ok, I must lead a Non-weird Swapbot life compared to this swap answer. It's all funs and games until the pervs come out of the closet! He sounded like a perv and you did the right thing telling him not to contact you anymore. I think he might have been trolling a partner in the wrong sense of the word! Kudos to you.

I had to google the illustrator and Eric Carle has a nice style :)
For Christmas we will probably just make some of our favourite Christmas cuisine(big ham and casseroles for dinner, rice porridge and kissel for dessert) and share few presents with family/friends. I most likely can't afford to go see my father and brothers this year as I couldn't last year either. So it will be just me and my partner and her father at our house. Last year we had a Christmas tree but it's too much hassle so I think we'll pass it.

"Heya Judie,
thank you for your pl, but it isn't really a pl and doesn't meet the requirements.
Each pocket should hold a decorated card which matches the theme and a little goodie behind the card.
You mashed it up and mostly used the goodies as decoration.
The goodies are supposed to be removed and used by the reciever, which in this case would destroy your pl itself.
Another thing is, some of your cards are unevenly cut and smudged. Take your time when creating and work thoroughly, You should have fun while creating and not be stressed. :-)
If you are a beginner, use google for examples. I can highly recommend it, it helped me a lot. :-)

You answered me and said you would make a new one, if I wanted. As I'm a big HP-Fan, I said yes and suggested you didn't need to send any goodies because I just wanted the decorated cards. A few weeks later I asked about it and you said you needed more time. After another few weeks I asked again and you apologized for not telling me, that it still isn't ready. We have October now and I still haven't recieved the replacement from you and I must say, I'm tired of asking again and again! I originally told you I would give you a 5 but as your original pocket letter does not meet the requirements and I still got no replacement, I'm rating a 3. :/ After all this time I just want a clean break, so I don't want you to send it anymore!
update (November 14th): I was unsure how to react when I received a gift and a very nice letter with an apology from you today.
I'm rating you a 5 now because I believe your words that you have learned your lesson and I don't want you to not to be able to take part in other swaps than PL swaps because of your rating. And I've seen other users accept such replacements when the participant wasn't able to fullfill the swap.

Hereis my original reply to your feedback. Hi Moni, Thanks very much for your feedback. This was the first pocket letter I have created. I didn't realize that the goodies could not be combined with the actual decoration as the things I had on hand were bought or kept specifically for that purpose.I thought I had fulfilled the requirments of the swap, since there wasn't any direction saying we couldn't do that. I have received two pocket letters and both contained pockets with goodies that would take away from the designs if I used the goody. I really didn't think anything of it, and did work very hard on it. I certainly didn't mean for anything to be smudged.
That being said, I really don't want to leave you disappointed, and perhaps pocket letters just aren't something I am good at. Is there a way to send you something else and maintain my standing? I don't want to lose a good rating, but I honestly felt good about the pocket letter I had sent originally. I don't want to send another if I will disappoint you again. I could send something else if you would like. What can we do here so I can maintain good standing for this swap and you will be happy with what I am sending? Sorry for the delay in reply, also. I just got back from holiday.

In this,I did not offer to make you a pocket letter, you asked for one without goodies after I specifically said that I worked hard on the preceding one and it was similar to others I had received. I was honest with you and said I was unsure and stressed about this and you assured me you didn't mind waiting. I also rechecked the requirements of the original swap and it simply stated that each pocket be decorated on the front and each pocket contain a goodie. This requirement was met. There was no other requirement stating that goodies need to be put behind the cards, nor that the goodies could not be part of the decoration, only that the decorations not impede the opening to the pockets. Despite that I did offer to give you something that you did like and you mentioned several times that you would give me as much time as I needed to create something. I already told you pocket letters might not be my forte since you didn't like the first letter I was proud to send. You said if I didn't send anything you would just post the original feedback and a 5 rating.
Yes, it was a long time and many times I told you I was stressed, life was getting in the way and was trying to get it finished to your standards. I did ask you to post the rating and you refused saying that you didn't mind waiting. Nevertheless, I did create some cards. In our last email I sent you pictures, and you told me to fix them more and cover more parts of the cards. You set no deadline onto when they should be received. I have been doing just that in my free time, which is very little. It is very unfair of you to give me a 3 when I have met the requirements of the swap, but it wasn't to your tastes and you would have originally gave me a 5. We have been in contact and since your extra is later than an unspecified deadline, you are going to hurt my standing for future swaps? That is really unethical. If you don't want the cards, that's fine. I will stop working on them. I still think your treatment in this case is really unfair. Update Nov.14: Thank you for changing your rating.. That gift was always intended for you as a thanks for your patience, and I do apologize that what I was working took too long for you. I did learn my lesson, and will just take the ratings I am offered regardless of difference in opinion. I stand by my original comments that I do believe I completed the swap and why, but am very thankful you changed my rating, and I am glad you liked the gift. Cheers to you, and new beginnings.

Comment: What a spectacular view of Moraine Lake in the Canadian Rockies! Sadly, the postcard must have been caught in a cloud burst. The message you wrote was completely washed away leaving only your swap name at the bottom so I wasn't able to read what I am sure was a lovely note. Thankfully, the address side was untouched or it may not have arrived at all. Thank you for a good swap.

That dog has an amazing sniffer :) Thank you so much for thinking of my babies. They were going to town squeaking the heck out of those toys! And they very much enjoyed the treats as well. You are too sweet!!!

Comment: Today I received the Written & stamped card, it's beautiful! It is my personal favourite childhood book as well, I must've read/heard it over a 100 times.
It's funny how they didn't arrive at the same time, but it makes me look forward for the rest even more!
