Response: We've been lucky... family near by means that visits back can include a quick trip up to the old alma mater... plus, I'm sure the visits helped sway our sons in that direction, too! Does always feel like we're back home whenever we step on campus, too! We bleed green! LOL!
Response: YEAH! So glad to hear that the second one made it to you. Happy that you liked the paper I chose... thanks for the heart, too!
Response: Glad you liked them. This was such a great swap idea to be able to get extra recipe postcards to trade... they seem to be one of the most difficult styles to find!
Response: As much as I dread the snow here in WNY, can't imagine what you'd get in the UP! Dear friends of ours from Escanaba, now have a winter place in Chicago! Bet they are lovin' this year's Chicago winter.
Response: Glad it made you smile, too!
Response: Wow, after PMing you yesterday, my Swap-bot emails RETURNED! Coincidence? Hmmm? Just know I'm happy to be back "in the loop", that's for sure!
Response: Got that rubber stamp years ago and just recently found it! It was bought from a rubber stamp catalogue... pre-Internet, I'm sure.
Response: It is a vintage stamp (from the days when 29 cents mailed a letter)...LOL!
Response: I had a feeling that you might enjoy receiving them! Thanks for the heart!
Response: Boy, does that bring back memories! That's how we "used" to be...now all the kids have grown & left the nest which means fewer & fewer kids/parents every year. Don't even have to hit the "big box" stores any more :-( I do miss the festive atmosphere...houses with sound effects, creepy noises & our contribution--Halloween music (Ghostbusters was my favorite)! ENJOY
Response: No, I wish I could claim it! Isn't it delightful?
Response: So glad you liked it!

Response: Glad you liked it...it was the only one I had!
Response: Glad that you enjoyed receiving them... this was FUN! Looking forward to future exchanges.
Response: If you were a fan of A Wrinkle in Time, you should check out When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead. It won the Newbery Award in 2010 and even as an adult, I couldn't put it down... I've recommended it to others, and they have loved it, too!
Response: WOW! That took some time to clear all that accumulated mail out to patrons, didn't it? YIKES! Glad it finally arrived.

Response: I'll have to keep my eye out for them!
Response: That's the best super power ever...
Response: I like that power! I was thinking that I wouldn't have to stand in all the lines & be able to fly direct, not all the separate flights! LOL
Response: Glad you liked it... I still gravitate to anything to do with teaching, even in retirement! Once a teacher, right?
Response: Glad to hear you enjoyed the books, too! Happy you liked the letterpress card... my newest love!

Response: I had a few to choose from in my stash, so I'm glad I chose the right one! Star Wars had it right when they "used the force" ... sometimes it really does work!
